Serious how 2 deal with adhd?

I feel like I'm punished, I want to do so many things in life like code, 3d model, and Math but I keep getting distracted because of this shitty disability I already changed to a low carb barely any sugar diet but it still hasn't fixed anything, any guides other than snorting adderal cos I know my parents will not put me on medication.
 
You can't, burdens like you were killed and done with, but we don't do that in this egalatirian society. You're gonna have to deal with it
 
i know a workaround that kinda works for me i usually focus for like 5 minutes, then stop and take a long break, but i don’t think that’s sustainable long term
yeah man thats not gonna work. i take methylphenidate for my adhd and it has me working 4 hrs straight and even then i barely get anything done. also idk what u can even do in 5 min this is killing me


something else that actually has worked is just having a day completely off, except one plan in the morning(going to the gym, meeting with someone, something that makes you get up and do any activity whether it be walking, lifting, wtv.) then, after that, since i started the day early it really helps me feel like i have to fill the day with other productive things.

Well I dont exactly do like 5 minutes, like I dont explain it, but you know when you're in a video game right? You say you're gonna play for an hour then you play for 4-6 hours instead? I thought maybe if I do that I can maybe apply to it studying so I do 5 minutes and then 5 minutes turns into and hour or 30 minutes, I'm planning on taking meds but like I said my parents dont support them and prefer that herb bull shit

first eat carbs low carb is cope 2nd ive gotten this thing called L dopa off of tiktok and it helps a little

ohhh i gotcha. yeah def take meds but careful since theyre addictive so i kinda get where ur parents r coming from. i only take mine when i actually have to get stuff done which is aprox every other day cuz i stuff everything into one day

are prescribed ones good or is there ones I can buy online. I heard lions mane works but I wouldnt like to buy fake ones yk
 
ADHD is a difficult disorder to deal with but it becomes easier if you attempt to repair your 'normal' attention span. The phone/Internet/gaming/etc stuff ruins the average person's attention span, let alone someone who suffers from a disorder that amplifies attention difficulties.

Try looking up videos about Internet detoxes and listen to people who said it improved their attention span. It's not going to fix your ADHD but it might reduce some of the difficulties if you spend less time online.

Tbh I even take ADHD medication and even tho it helps with me being tired all the time it doesn’t improve my concentration

Now that I think about it the reason why I get worried and shit is like "What did my friend say in the gc" or "what e-celeb drama is going on today" but when I pretend to ignore them I feel like my fucking head is calm like a library and a sauna combined. day 2, used discord for like 4 hours today instead of 6, slow progress but having fun, I might take a detox soon but I'd have to collect my irl friends numbers first then detox for a bit

Honestly knocking a whole 2 hours to something you're so used to doing for much longer is a good step. That sounds like a good plan to be honest, keep us updated on how it goes, it may help others to share your experience.
