we all have it, let’s be real. but how severe?
slight, I always get a little apprehensive to see my face in the mirror and many other examples. I am still somewhat confident since I try to mitigate this through talking to friends overall and going outside, seeing to it personally that it isn't as bad as I make it out in my head you know?
Reminds of me that quote by Seneca 'We suffer more in our imagination than in reality'. Still, after being blackpilled there will always be a slight struggle that I do not know if I can overcome or not..

Well that's very specific, thanks for sharing that. So it's your face mostly that you want to change?
 
N***a im suicidal over it. I go to therapy 2x a week, take medications, etc.
