i know the op is both schizo and 80 iq, but here's the so desired answer: something being illegal to deny doesn't equal being that something real (basic logic, really); it's just an intervention necessary to prevent endless hegelian (which is super ironic considering r****d op loves name-dropping philosophers in his rants) back-and-forths in society that lead to no syntheses whatsoever, which dramatically hinders civilizational development. another example of such an intervention? the society helping mentally ill retards instead of just euthanizing them. also super ironic considering op is exactly that. literally.
