How can i ascend

Does anyone know what i can do to ascend, im 18,6ft, 169lbs, 1.58 shoulder/waste ratio, around 14%. Obviously could fix the hair, get a rhinoplasty, get leaner/debloat, and work on eye region. Ive been thinking about hoping on TRT and possibly HGH but idk if it is still worth it because im done with puberty. no makeup in this photo but I normally use a waterline pen to fraud hollow cheeks, and darker my eyebrows.
