Hi all,

As you guys can see one side of my face is somewhat slanted and it's quite obvious in person, to the point where most people smile or smirk when they see me. I have have some trouble sleeping over the years and am a side sleeper. I worked a physical job for around 4 years where I was walking everyday, stepping on and off a loader, bending, reaching etc. Could this have accentuated the asymmetry through a muscle or posture imbalance?

Should I see an ophthalmologist, start doing facial stretches / massages, consider surgery or fillers? I'm wanting a more "normal" look that doesn't make me come across as tired or funny looking. Any tips or pointers in the right direction would be helpful. Thanks

Doesn’t look that bad in second pic

You’ll notice it more than anyone else, especially in inverted pics like on iPhone camera

Your nose is also, not only eyes

A very underrated tip is to wear a very light, for example blue, contact lens on the side that is not dimorphic, thus drawing attention to it.
