I don't think there's much you can do, you can try to improve tongue, hyoid and neck posture to improve your lower jaw but unfortunately you can't fix true recession without surgery. You can check with an orthodontist if they can give you some type of adjustments.

hgh is expensive asf and i cant afford hgh and manage the side effects
