How can I gain muscle if I don't have much time for the gym

I go to school than work till 9 pm and sleep is more important than the gym because. I work retail so I do have to lift haver boxes and pull around pallets. Every time I work out its takes at minimal 2 hours and I'm pretty sure I also have extremely low test saying no matter how much i starve myself i can't get rid of gyno and it takes forever for me to gain muscle. I also don't have easy access to a gym because I live in a small town and every time i go to planet fitness there's always middle schoolers hogging the benches watching TikTok.

If you're working on hypertrophy (because most guys do including myself ), a good beginner split would be Chest-Arms-Shoulders/Back-Legs 4 days a week. For your gyno, check with a doctor that it is not a hormonal problem and what you should do to fix that. You can pm me for further advice on your gym workout. Give solution pretty please

kick the middle schoolers and go gym and do high intensity workouts and js follow the bro split one muscle per day to save time and energy too and hit everything.
Id say take 2-3 exercises per part and do very high intensity with it and volume

I feel like Calisthenics would be a good thing to do everyday if youre in a situation like this because its fairly easy to fit it into your everyday routine and it will help you if you do ever have time to go to the gym to see better progress
