How can I improve my debloat method?

Current routine:
Morning- Dandelion root tea, 2,000mg of Vit C, 450mg of Potassium, 350mg of Magnesium, 150mg of Caffine.

Afternoon/Late morning- Another 150mg of caffine before weights and cardio, 30 mins of Cardio.

10,000-15,000 steps throughout the day, not including the cardio session. And 3-3.5 liters of water a day. I also to get 4,500mg of potassium a day and avoid as much sugar as I can. Aswell as getting leaner obviously.
