How can i make my hair go from coarse to smooth

Stop the overuse of shampoo and conditioner, get a water filter on your shower, or maybe even a water softener. Hard water is a very common issue for your hair and makes it dry especially when it’s hot.

My hair was soft when I was 12, but now it's coarse.
It's not extremely coarse, but I can't style it or do hairstyles easily.

If your hair is Asian, no thanks.
It’s most likely an issue with it just being dehydrated, focus on shampoos that are moisturising and only put conditioner on the length
