In photos, my jawline is severely narrow, my bone mass looks low, and I have a wimp skull and severe recession with no jawline visibility. But IRL, I’ve been told several times I have hollow cheeks and a defined jawline. Why?

Also because people tend to cope to spare ones feelings.
In fairness, they all said it out of the blue. We weren’t discussing looks or anything like that. Usually I just see them staring hard at my face and then they say it.
Definitely a part of it.
No one’s gonna believe me but I have no reason to lie or be schizophrenic. I know a guy at my school who has top 1% bones in motion. He has hollow cheeks at all times, his jaw is so insanely angular and square, his mandible is unbelievablly defined with no hyoid fat. However, in photos he has a wimp skull. I showed him to a couple of users on here and they rated him MTN and said he doesn’t have good bones but my ninja I literally see him everyday and that MF has an insane ramus and lower third. On photos, his jaw is insanely narrow and his zygos non existent. He doesn’t have hollow cheeks necessarily, just a super slim face with no angularity. But in motion it’s insane. Once again, no one’s gonna beleive me but like I said there’s absolutely no reason for me to lie about such a thing.
