How do I actually fix my sleep schedule?

for me i was in a similar position last 2 years it’s been bad generally but last couple months (until Monday just gone) it was really awful like not sleeping until at least 3 or 4am most nights and waking up mid afternoon

just started a job and it kind of forced me to fix it or i’d get fired

i know it’s not so simple to just go out and get a job but anything that you can do with your morning is good
 
Alarm clock
 
try to think about fixing it and not trying to sit on phone like if you look at the time just turn off it and lay down if you that tired you will fall asleep in hour or so
 
melatonin 15-30 mins before bedtime + dim screens + daily circadian rhythm stimulation it can be sun or something with 10k+ lux
u should get good sleep and dont wake up with an alarm clock wake up naturally
 
Having a purpose.
If you're school going then it's tough.
But you have the answers already, you have to do it because it has to be done
