how do i actually get sleep

i’ve been sleeping from 2/3am-7am every day and i feel like shit

i take magnesium, vitamin b and c, turmeric, ashwagandha, cod liver oil and magnesium if that gives anybody any answers
 
put the phone down and sleep earlier, maybe at 12-1am
last night i turned blue light off on my tv and phone at 8pm and then at 10:30pm i turned both of them off and read a book and tried to sleep at 12am

i’ve always had awful sleep, even when i was 4 or 5 but this is the worst it’s ever been
