How do I ascend? How do I become better?

Been bullied and made fun of for my face my whole life. Women never took me seriously and usually only kept me around to hit me and use me for my attention and money. I don’t know if ascending will change but I know lookism is real and I know I want to be someone new, so I’ll do anything. No surgeries though I’m trying to avoid that as a solution.
