how do i fix a protruding upper lip/philtrum?

its not noticeable from the front but u can see it from 3/4 and side, i dont think theres anything i can do at home for it but are there any surgeries? like a lip lift or smth i have no clue

I had the same problem, its prolly an overbite or upper maxilla is more projected than lower maxilla

I had an overbite so braces plus elastics did the job for me but ur philtrum isn't a problem it looks good on u
