How do I fix frizzy hair

Chatgpt told me I had 3a hair, I use Herbal Essences Hello Hydration shampoo and the conditioner, I use shampoo and conditioner every other day at the same time and leave the conditioner on for apt 3 mins, also for styling I use Garnier Fructis Hair Filler Hyaluronic Acid Moisture Repair Gel Cream, can you guys recommend me any products, thank you.

try some gel and mousse it helps w frizz but only use while wet
