Serious How do i get my parents to allow me to eat raw eggs?

i eat raw eggs in secret, but it's a cortisol spike+ It makes me eat less raw eggs and my parents sometimes catch me and then theyre really mad.
Anyone with same problem? or at least any idea what I should do? i know there are not many primal bluds on here and pls be serious in replies

if she isnt allowing it, you most likely live in an area where eating raw eggs isnt safe for you. the country you live in matters a lot to determine how "primal" a person can really be

thats not the problem. My parents are just scared of raw food, they dont even eat medium rare steaks. i live in germany

im assuming youre old enough to where you make your own meals to eat by yourself without supervision. why not just do it then?

or put them in a jar and eat it outside. if you arent able to go outside, then you cant eat them. would probably help with weight loss too since youd have less opportunity to eat jfl

i try. But my parents forbid me eating raw eggs
