mfs do like 20 different things and then different variations of the same exercise idk what i should do tbh. i am thinking of doing cable row, lat pull down, and barbell row. good enough to build wide thick back?
 
if your back isnt already wide untrained, its pretty easy to tell you wont have good trained back
No that's like saying if you have small biceps untrained you won't have huge biceps trained

how tf can u compare bicep with back???????? its all about insertions, if his back isnt already wide, untrained, if his lats insertions are shit, he cant have good back

That's not true no one has a wide back naturally only clavicals
