im not sure if its just how my nose is shaped or because of my weight, im not willing to hare a picture but i got roman/droopy nose shaped, and in the front it just looks big, idk if this matters but left nostril seems longer and closer to the skin then the other one and i kinda have the nose bone a bit higher at one side making both sideviews of my nose look different, i want any advice pls

Hydrocortisone will help to slim your nose a little. Don’t expect nose job results but there will be a noticeable change.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH CORTISOLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL

It is (kind of). It’s related to your HPA Axis, I’m not very informed on the subject so I recommend you do your own research.

based on description only a rhinoplasty would help 😢

accutane i think

If you genuinely can't afford rhino, maybe look into Liquid Rhino ( it mimics traditional rhino by using fillers to shape and contour the nose, also usually combined with PCL threads to give the nose a small lift). It's relatively cheaper than rhino, but it obviously has its limitations, and not even factoring in that the filler will usually dissolve after 6-24months and the same goes for the PCL threads, so in your case, just save up for rhino.

Another thing you can do is maybe look into diy pcl threads/screws (I have no idea which one to use, nor which one would be ideal for ur case, but I'm assuming the screws would be better or maybe even cogs, although dying them is a pain in the ass). But make sure to dyor (don't rely on ChatGPT), you'll prob find out which one to use for ur case.

Make sure to permadose the fuck out of Accutane, although its effects are mild, it can still help, and mostly depends on the dosage.

yes its a common side effect of most corticosteroids if used for a long period of time.

u can use ashwaganda to manage this, but it's not ideal, and personally im not a fan based on my personal experience.

stick to permadose accutane.

i have only milia and pustules around my hairline/forehead and chin, its not severe and i heard accutane could be too much or harsh for something as little as those, but could i still try and see if i could use that or do u have another sugestion?

Microdose Accutane (5-10mg) would suffice, + the extra collagen benefits by promoting the remodeling of the extracellular matrix. thus specifically increasing collagen types I and III. You could also bump the dosage to as high as (10-20 mg), but I'd advise starting slow, then titrating if needed.

Make sure to moisturize a fuckton and apply daily spf.
