My advice is to go cold turkey on all ultra-procesed food and sugar , Sugar is addictive the more you eat the more youll crave in my experiance its just easier to cut it out of your daily life and see it as something to indulge in on occasion . This excludes fruit and learn to balance your glucose spikes . At first it will be hard to cut it out but eventually youll stop craving for it as much as you do now .
