How do I stop caving into my cravings?

i genuinely wanna stop eating junk food and fast food but i crave it so often, it gets so much worse before and on my period 😭😭 does anyone have any advice?

its hard to go on a diet
trying to resist thing things ur body craves
it will be hard at first yk
but as time goes on it will get easy and all those thoughts will vanish over time
its hard to start but easy if u do It every day
just stay determined and drink water if u crave anything sweet or wtv u wanted

make healthy versions of what you’re craving and substitutions too until you get used to clean food

theres zero sugar yogurts and ice cream, you can make burgers at home with lean meat, fries on the airfryer without oil etc
 
Find out what you're craving & what nutrients you may be deficient in.

While it's normal to have sweet cravings now and then & not bad to engage in them once in a while (only a couple bites, dont keep going after it loses novelty) if theyre persistent or consistently for one type of food you may need more vitamins

When's the last time you've had your blood drawn/tested?

My advice is to go cold turkey on all ultra-procesed food and sugar , Sugar is addictive the more you eat the more youll crave in my experiance its just easier to cut it out of your daily life and see it as something to indulge in on occasion . This excludes fruit and learn to balance your glucose spikes . At first it will be hard to cut it out but eventually youll stop craving for it as much as you do now . Adapt a wholefoods diet and if you start to like it you wont care for junkfood anymore .
