I'm a atheist personally but I find people who think they're high IQ for not being religious cringe, your not some one of a kind prodigy for not believing in god, your just some edgy 14 year old who's angry their parents forced them to go church every Sunday 💔

i have a question

how did the kangaroos on noahs ark jump back to australia from the mountains of ararat after the flood? and dont say pangea cuz it was way before the ark happend
I think they have wings 🤔

I see the Bible more as a book of philosophy’s and metaphors then something you’re supposed to take literally

yeah well, most dont

theres no way u believe ur religion to be real
Idk I've always been thinking on how God could be real. It will never be proved ig

In the meantime, I think christianity teaches great morals.

most religious people r born into it, indoctrination is a tough thing. i wouldn't say it's low iq

Yes, but by going to church and being around christians, these morals will continue to be pushed, and you will be encouraged more to go in the right direction. like in church, you will be encouraged to make the right choices

for others it is harder. especially for Islam lol, one of the most controlling religions
u dont need a religion to be a good person jfl
wrong, many people do depend on religion to guide their moral compass. religion keeps weak minded people "in line".

holy shit dude stop checking my recent posting history
Not one person gaf about ur post history bro u were talking about how is going to hell for not accept jesus christ as his lord and saviour on the day of the rapture

Imagine naming yourself "family guy"

NASA tier IQ

It depends what religion are you referring to, but it mostly has to do with social conditioning first and foremost. Instances of conversion to another faith are extremely rare among broader population

its weird how basically every religious person i've met (who found the religion themselves) always did it through a time of desperation. almost like religion is used to fill the void which is inherent to everyone  and if there wasn't such thing as divine reward, many would just drop religion. its an easy answer to the eternal question, what are we here to do?

energy cant be created or destroyed it would have to have come from something eternal
we dont know what started it

if u lack of belief in that, theres a theory called the eternal universe theory that states that the universe has always been here.

whats up im the first person you've met who didn't do this, apparently

This is because religion is portrayed as a safe haven, something you can call your own when nothing else truly is yours. It's okay for people to find comfort in anything they'd like as long as it isn't hurting anyone.

I'm sure it did, but not to the specifics of how you're going to try to explain it to me
a simple question.

how did the kangaroos hop back to australia from the ark on the mountain of ararat?

This is kind of where the fact that the species on Noah's ark are nowhere near the species that are found today, most likely a group of animals that would evolve into the kangaroos, made its way towards Australia in several ways

okay, so how did they make theyre way into australia?

According to traditional biblical chronology, Noah's flood occurred around 2348 BC

do u really believe kangaroos werent around at that time

Traditional biblical chronologicality is notably offset by millions of years because of European interpretation

1 way: land bridges
2 way: floating vegetation
3 way: simply swimming across a chain of islands in search for food

The closest place to Australia is Papua New Guinea, with its mainland separated by 152 km

u really believe kangaroos can swim 152 kms without taking breaks to eat or drink etc
