Well,my methods involved a little bit of weed but im sure you can do it without it too. While I was under the influence, my thoughts would ramble on like crazy… but I noticed that trying to vocalize them would sort of quiet my brain down. I would talk to myself about what I was feeling, physically, mentally, and emotionally. Whether it be how my phone was digging into the rightside of my back or how I hated how cruel my ex was to me and describe the hurt she caused, I realized that doing that allowed me to gather the “right” words to make a coherent sentence.

And yeah when Im high it’s easy, shit just pours out, but I’m trying to quit or at least do less drugs so I don’t want to rely on that

Yup, exactly why I quit too. Its just so easy when ur on it. But by being on it, it sort of removes that credibility of what ur saying to someone. They look as you as “just being high”.
But yeah just like talk to urself abit, write stuff down, its a skill like anything else.

Depends what I’ve had but yeah true. It wasn’t often I’d say something I didn’t mean though and the people that mattered got to know that eventually, often regretted it though
