Filler, botox, threads, retinoids, anabolic steroids, rhinoplasty & some topical gels/oils for hair & skin

and of course... diy fat grafting (?), which is ridiculously high risk.

That's my full plan. I do not plan on any implants, and don't plan on any surgeries other than rhino
