Going from +8 to -25 temperature in Celsius, the first day that I get back from my vacation I get a cold burn or smth , my face is red, there’s some scars, also my hands have the same problem

There is no snow in my country
Well maybe in one city at the border but that’s it and I never went there before, also I only travel in the summer to other countries
