how long realistically should itr take me to lose 15 pounds

i usually eat greens, spaghetti and/or a sandwich, and a protein shake and thats really it, i try to burn 200 calories doing cardio and then i also stretch and work chest or legs with 15-30 pound dumbells. i need an estimate

if ur in a 500 calorie deficit it would take u around 6 weeks
more aggressive deficits aren’t really maintainable without glp 1 agonists because you feel tired all day and can’t really eat as much unless you’re doing a lot of cardio

weight loss is mostly dependent on calorie deficit and water weight. give us height, weight, portion estimate and if you use a lot of oils mention that then an estimate can be made.
idk why you need an estimate tho just be consistent mosr days
