How long will it take to get such a transformation as a 15 year old through craniofacial excercises and palatal suture expansion?

My palatal sutures havent fused yet (acc to x-ray) and i am thinking starting hardcore thumbpulling mewing, and all the skull widthening excercises. (Dont start bs that "thumbpulling is cope" no its not, i need someone who knows and have done it) How long will it take to get a expansion of 5mm and also a transformation like this?

Other than that have a good lifestyle, eat good, sleep well and exsercise

n***a thumbpulling IS cope, there's no scientific evidence that it works.

nihga i have like 70 pages worth of evidence it does and like fucking yeah it does not work like for 21 year old motherfuckers, but it does for ppl below and around 14-17

Tell ur parents that u seem to find it difficult to breathe through ur nose and then when they go to a dentist or a doctor then reserch which docter is going to see u and bribe him to prescribe u palate expander
