How many gains did I lose sleeping only 6 hours

It really doesn't matter. One night isn't a big deal. Don't make it habitual.

8-10 sets are NOT high volume.
1 set per muscle group every session with every other day frequency
Or 2 sets per muscle group with 2x frequency is the best for muscle growth and recovery
Also training to failure nowadays is stupid just train 1,2 rir depending on how fast your muscle group recovers so you dont fry your cns

I go twice a week or thrice if I do legs, I dont do compounds so my cns is fine plus going to failure lowkey isnt that taxing especially when considering my mid volume
