I've got a walking pad and I usually go on it for about 4 hours and walk around 40k steps. I burn 800 or so calories from it bringing my calories for the day to 1800. Should I do more or less cardio?

what’s ur height/weight and how do u feel after doing 40k? what is ur goal by doing this?

I usually stay around 45kg at 5'6. It's impossible to lose weight without going in an insane calorie deficit so by doing cardio I can increase it and get a good amount of nutrients

wait wait so how many calories are you eating total typically?

because the best solution is just to do 300-400 below your maintenance, and do around 2 hrs cardio to burn off some extra

No when I do the cardio it burns off 800 calories so therefore I'll eat 1800. On rest days I eat 1000. Should've worded it better mb

OHHH i see. yeah no thats perfect actually!!!! but if you dont have enough time to walk, or just dont feel like it a strategy i use to eat less is intermittent fasting

usually i wait until 12 pm to eat my first meal, and then from 12pm to 6pm i eat whatever i want(not binging ofc, just eating what is necessary and keeps me full) and then after that i occupy myself with other things and just stay away from the kitchen tbh. it helps me stay around the 1500 calorie range

Probably less risky being underweight ngl
there is no risk with fat dissolvers as long as they have deoxycholate they are effective

You should not be losing weight. Instead eat maintenance calories - use this calculator to find them out:
Please stay away from hours of cardio, 45 minutes a few times a week should be enough combined with weightlifting and a high protein diet.

you should get a refund and walk outside instead

I think you are starving yourself to death;
Mayo Clinic Calorie Calculator you'll look skinny but not that good in your physical form.
f you wanna lean maxx and look debloated i suggest to you to get into weightlifting to get more muscle mass this should allow you to get more "tonified" and mantain a healthy weight.

Recommended by the World Health Organization 45 minutes a day is good enough normal athletes do 1 to 2 hours over that you are putting a lot of strain on your body. And could lead to an injury that prevents you from maintaining your gains, especially if you are eating so little.

Go to an endocrinologist and a gyno, normally is an issue with the ovaries like polyquistic and there being an hormonal imbalance; due to that you should see what you could do about it.

This will be the expensive part, as you told me you are from the UK. But, if you can get a j*b; save and spend on things related on your health and fitness.
