How much damage does not having a sibling do to children

in terms of sociability, mental health, ive been pondering on the effect this has had on me as a kid and the fact that i was bullied trhough school, in turn making me not being able to socialize well and in turn have a effect on my mental health bc of years of isolation

im cooking up a thread abt how only children are bound to fail in life, that shit will help me cope

I have a little brother (2 years gap) and we basically grow-up together having the same hobbies, playing same sports etc and i'm far more social & NT than him
There is still work to do on yourself, only by yourself

I believe it affects greatly. I had a sister so I'd play with her friends a lot, which made me more calm around girls, etc.

Without that, I'd probably be a giga-incel tbh.

Siblings just make it easier to socialize in the early stages of life.

no damage whatsoever having 2 younger sisters did not do anything to make me more sociable and i end up just calling them slurs and acting really nd
