I've been eating one meal evey so often like I had half a hamburger on mothersday pizza the day before yesterday and Salisbury steak before that and that's all I had in a 2 week times pan and one was forced500 for 1 meal is too much
hmmm id say for breakfast + lunch it should be around 1000, and then for the rest of the day you should be able to eat comfortably without even restricting. works for me to stay under 1700 calsLike for one meal ? Is 800 alot ?
