How much food is too much

It depends on your BMR + lifestyle + activity levels. 1,600 calories within a 18 hour window is probably recommended for a mild calorie deficient based off of your weight and height. 1,400 if you're wanting a more dramatic weight loss. Nothing intentionally under 1,300 ideally.

Like for one meal ? Is 800 alot ?
depends on the nutritional value it's giving u. if it's 800 of empty calories it's a lot & it's not worth eating (i.e. if i eat two chocolate cookies that are 800, it's bad) if it's like a salad with protein and blablabla, it's good that it's 800.

500 for 1 meal is too much
I've been eating one meal evey so often like I had half a hamburger on mothersday pizza the day before yesterday and Salisbury steak before that and that's all I had in a 2 week times pan and one was forced

Sometimes i eat a few hundred cals every few hrs (grazing) sometimes i eat one decent meal and then snacks after and when i was super busy i ate a huge meal every 48 hrs

hmmm id say for breakfast + lunch it should be around 1000, and then for the rest of the day you should be able to eat comfortably without even restricting. works for me to stay under 1700 cals

mind you this is in addition to working out
