mewing has helped it slightly but it would require either insivisine bands or a surgery to fix or in addition to

I forgot ur 18. It’s still beneficial, but all my anecdotal evidence comes from when I was a kid. I got mse instead of braces and it worked better. The suture will be way harder to open up so u probably need MARPE. Whatever u do don’t take out teeth tho, that’ll cause bone resorption and ur jaw will get fucked up. Any ortho who says to take out teeth is a dumbass
