How to ascend as a black female?

Hii im new to this whole looksmaxxing forum but I've been involved in looksmaxxing technically i guess for a while, I've been really self conscious of my looks for a while so I used to watch glow up tips and subliminals but a lot of it is surface level. I'm 15 female and I'm looking for advice on how to ascend, naturally no makeup. What things should I be looking for to fix any advice or testemonies would be very helpful!
