I agree with this but you also have to practice self-compassion. Treat your failures how you would treat a friend failing, if you fight and challenge your mind and body all the time you will never be happy.when i feel like that i just practice selfcare. u could have a day to treat yourself nicely, do things that are peaceful to you, maybe that'll make your mood better.

I remember about two years ago I was talking to this friend about how I was mad all the time at everyone and I always found something to complain about and this dude just goes "if you don't like something change it" simple, stupid advice but ever since then I just kinda realized that yeah, most of the stuff I was complaining about and getting all upset over was under my own control. And by "under my control" I mean if I can say something or do something to change what I don't like, then I should do it. Be greedy in life if you don't like it. Work for the things you think you deserve and if they're right in front of you, take them.
