You're already pretty good in looks and doing what you can with your circumstances but you could try to get a bit more rigid with things like scheduling if thats possible so you'll know when you have windows to do the things you need to and not have to wing itI’ll drop what my routine and what I think I’m lacking atm , I’d like to know if I’m missing something that’s stopping me from ascending fully
Rn I’m ltn trying to reach htn
My routine is
Cleanser every morning / every night
Toner every morning / every night
Moisturiser every morning / every night
Sunscreen every morning
Gua sha every other night with moisturiser
Volufiline 1-2 days per week lip eye
Derma stamp 1-2 days per week Sunday , wed night
Minox/cast next morning arfter
Main part
Kojic acid soap don’t use too much just enough
Supplements ( I have)
Calcium , magnesium, zinc , multi collagen , biotin , potassium, omega 3 , vitamin d3
I work a fair bit like almost 40 hours a week
So it’s extremely hard for me to do my skincare every night and every morning
I also feel like I’m lacking in my diet and the gym
I’ve been trying to meal prep and go shopping but I still impulsively buy unhealthy food plus working in a kitchen i get given deep fried food a lot
So I spend half my week working then I’ve got 3 days off too work out and prepare for the next week
I feel like I can look better if my diet was perfect and I could train a little harder
But do you guys think if I get extremely consistent with it I can reach higher ?
Or is anything in my routine doing “too much “
I’m also 5,7 unfortunately 18 but I hit puberty pretty late so I believe I still have growth I’m taking vitd3 and calcium every night
I’ve heard people getting results from mk77 but unsure where to obtain such a thing and if it’s even worth
But yeah not mentioning my inconsistency
Is there anything I’m potentially missing that’s holding me back from ascending

almost fully softmaxxed, all you need to do Is, being more consistent, growing out your hair and getting a different style ( one that covers more of your tall-ish forehead (maybe like 15cm long)(you should experiment with it to see what suites you the best), also some basics like eyelash curlers and dying hair and brows darker an getting a slight tan bc you could use it.I’ll drop what my routine and what I think I’m lacking atm , I’d like to know if I’m missing something that’s stopping me from ascending fully

I can’t ascend or I can’t grow taller cause of genetics ?almost fully softmaxxed, all you need to do Is, being more consistent, growing out your hair and getting a different style ( one that covers more of your tall-ish forehead (maybe like 15cm long)(you should experiment with it to see what suites you the best), also some basics like eyelash curlers and dying hair and brows darker an getting a slight tan bc you could use it.
Also you have to be happy with your current looks and have to accept tht you cant "ascend" bc you are capped by genetics at m-hhtn
but you can still improve to get to your potential
Other than that all you need to do is to wait for things to start getting better
Remember the time will pass anyway, why not spend it improving?
