Trust, if you act like it could be a virus say u been on the toilet alot and vomiting.
Then if your down to work the day after you skip, call them and say your all good it turned out to be food poising and you ok now. You went to a seafood resturant or some shit

yeah they gonna hate you for calling off last minute or the night before it’s a bad look. If you’ve been working there for sometime first try to hear with your coworkers over text for a replacement. If doesn’t work just say you can’t come cause sick/puking
