grab a sticky bra that can clip together + a push up bra, put the sticky bra on the very SIDES of your breasts for the full push effect, there will be a sketch below for a little more visuals. then after that grab a bra! I use a bra with a generous amount of padding!(I put a photo of the bra I used, I have no clue what brand it is but juicy couture and vs also has good push ups!!) then you're done
