why run away from the problem? He should confront why he’s feeling the way he is, otherwise he’s just delaying things instead of solving them. Don’t listen to this OP

Journal your thoughts, figure out what’s stressing you and why you feel that way, and whatever it is, try to fix what you can. You’re not gonna fix 100% everything but some progress is better than none.

Also take ashwaghanda and other supplements to calm your nerves a bit

You're not running away from the problem... stress is not good for your body and doing something that shifts your mind away from the stress helps you to regulate yourself and load new energy so you can solve your problem better or so idk how to explain ehhh

you are still gonna be stressed out if something is bothering you, going in nature isnt gonna stop that, its just gonna prolong the time you are stressed for
 
Find the source of stress and eliminate it. If you can’t do this (which is understandable, I get it) talk to someone about it, let out all your feelings then try to slowly eliminate this problem. As a last resort, you can try to distract yourself from it but from experience it always catches up to you.

Again, as I said. Going out in nature is just a temporary solution. Journalling also calms you down in the same way + helps figure out your thoughts. It’s literally the more productive option.
