first: find your body type
fairly simple, has nothing to do with how much you weigh, mainly bone structure and how your fat distributes (which you can't really change)
the afterlife

second; listen to me
if you find yourself to be:
hourglass; just shut up and wear whatever you want. show off and avoid baggy or boxy clothing

pear; add volume on top to balance out the bottom. avoid skinny jeans and wear structured or ruffled tops

apple; tbh no offense but ur kinda cooked. best advice i can give is straight leg or flared jeans and elongate the torso. avoid thick belts or highwaisted pants

rectangle; create the illusion of curves with whatever u can. avoid vertical stripes and try belted dresses or peplum tops

inverted triangle; try adding volume to your lower half to balance it. tight shirts and big pants. halter or v neck tops, avoid square necks, skinny jeans and leggings

i hope this help yes ok
