how to fix eye area

what do I even do for my eye area
it's always been the worst feature on my face and idrk what to do about it.
I do have a ptosis surgery for left eye in like 7 months but I don't think it's going to fix much and save me

when in my early teens I was obsessed with making my eyes upturned so these are my takes:
• grow lashes
• eye pulling doesn’t work but those exercises that help grow muscles around eyes probably work
• fix eyebrows in a way that makes them look more upturned
• sleep well
