How to fix low blood sugar levels?

Solution
Not diabetic and also not that severe to experience hypoglycaemia but the blood sugar levels are in the lower end for sure
If you're wanting to quickly fix it, you would take a glucose tablet or drinking fruit juice. Otherwise, if you just mean long term, it's something you would fix by eating more in general. Low blood sugar is caused by a lack of eating a lot of the time or by exercising too hard (for non diabetics I mean).
Are you diabetic? Or are you just asking for general advice?

You shouldn't be experiencing hypoglycemia often, and when you do it shouldn't be super dramatic, normally when you do it's a sign you're diabetic.

I eat fruits from my farm, not raw honey though
I think it was an old study but raw honey didn't do any hypoglycemia compared to modern carbs like sugars or wheat
