I think he could absolutely slay with black hair, he kinda looks like that one maxed out looksmaxxer

Light hair dark eyebrows combo appeals more to me. Black hair is for dark eyes imo because anything lighter won't have contrast

Exactly what im doing rn, appreciate it tho. I did dye my eyebrows dark but its been a month since that, im actually dying them again today. Also i will be dying my hair black when its longer
