Hello .com members , I was doing this method before but I quit because my grades were staying pretty good.
I have decided however, to pick it back up again and also I might as well share it here as it is pretty useful.
As for why it is important. Think of all the zombies you see out there who will amount to nothing because they are too cooked with awful attention spans and extreme screen time addictions. I mean seriously, one of my friends at college told me he literally "couldn't watch anime anymore" because of the deterioration of his attention span. Thats just utterly pathetic to be honest. As much as he is nice I doubt he will go on to achieve much, same with a girl I am friends with who has 10+ hours a day on snapchat/tiktok. She is failing every class. They would benefit a lot off of this technique, although they are too cooked to implement it realistically (despite me showing it to them). Even if your attention span isn't that bad this guide is still useful

This is how most peoples days start, they get up, scroll on tiktok, eat a sugary breakfast and listen to music while on social media on the way to work/school/college. By the time they need to work their dopamine will be lower and they will be extremely agitated and find it hard to focus.
Because the brain has been already been exposed to a very high spike of dopamine.
What they would then do, when getting to college is work for a little bit (maybe 20 mins) then go straight back on their phones causing another dopamine spike. After realising they are procrastinating they will go back to work until its their lunch. They will eat unhealthy big meal filled with carbs causing ANOTHER dopamine spike.
Basically it is impossible to actually focus with this constant fluctuation between high and low dopamine states. If you do try, it is extremely difficult because you will be craving doing the bad habits you were doing beforehand. Some people even get up and goon first thing in the morning. I can admit I have done this before when I was at school, that caused a HUGE dopamine spike and made studying at school extremely hard.

To actually dopamine load it is extremely simple to implement into your life.
Heres an example of how you can do it simply with a basic routine.
Wake up a few hours earlier and do your morning routine with no screen time or anything bad. Maybe get some sunlight and have a shower.
Get to school, avoid music or checking notifications, if you can leave your phone at home do it.
When you are at the school/office whatever spend the entire day uninterrupted studying/working, give yourself no alternative. At lunch eat something very with a low amount of carbohydrates and then continue working after until hometime.
Then when you get back home, complete any extra homework that needs to be done and do activities like working out and walks and spending irl time with your family in a chilled enviroment until around 5-6pm.
From here you can literally do whatever you want. Everything has been done that is needed. You can watch tv shows or movies (I would recommend black swan as a movie) or play games or whatever you do. Don't watch porn though, I would recommend no fap for this to be most effective.
While doing it you get up feeling more motivated and it almost feels like a challenge and fun doing work.

WE all know science is man made and false JFL but heres the basic theory behind it.
Dopamine is a neurotransmitter deeply involved in reward processing, motivation, learning, movement, memory, attention and mood
The "reward system" (largely the mesolimbic pathway) helps assign incentive salience e.g. motivation for things that can yield rewards. In nature this would be things like hunting, water, sexual mates and social cues. Ever noticed how the more online and addicted to things you are the less you care about important stuff?
In tasks that require cognitive effort (working memory, attention, planning) are bolstered by dopamine modulating working memory circuits and making effortful actions.
