How to get mogger brows and lashes for a better eye area?

Is oral minoxidal enough to get both mogger brows and lashes?

For context my brows , lashes and all my hair is black and I have brown eyes

Which of these 3 would give me the best results?
Topical minoxidal for brows and oral minoxidal for lashes OR only oral minoxidal for both? If I took oral minoxidal for both would it my eyebrows grow a tiny bit less thick?
I think that minoxidal is optimal for mogger brows and lashes right? If there is anything more I could get for brows and lashes let me know.
I wanna get my eyebrows tinted proffessionally in about a month. I want them to be big and striking on my face , I want my brows and lashes to mog so I can have a mogger eye area

Dont use minoxidil on your lashes but you can use it for your brows
