So, you just got cheated on or broken up with because "its just not right time." Here is everything you need to know to stop being a bitch that is focused on the past, and how to grow into a better human who actually has meaning to live.
Now obviously, you need to understand a few things before we trigger neuroplasticity to help you become a better man/women.
1. Its over and it will never be the same.
"B-but xor what if we just get back together, and my pretty baby and i live together forever"
It wont work out dude. 50% of couple get back together and of those 50% only around 15% last. If you didn't even win the genetic lottery what makes you think you will get your relationship back? Other than that, imagine she left you because of another person, a bad time, or her/his parents, all of these can easily happen again. If its another person, she/he will cheat again, just cause the relationship restarted doesn't mean she/he still wants only you. Or a bad time, your life is always repeating, bad and good times will happen over and over, and one day those bad times will come back and ruin ur relationship. And finally her parents, sure, you can date her on the low but it wont lead to anything, marriage? Parents permission is needed, any time with her parents? Of course you need to be on there good side to do that, and vacation together? Again you need permission.
With all of this in your brain now, tell yourself.
"It is over, and we will never be together ever again. That is my past and will never be my present ever again."
Now that you understand its over, you need to understand hot to adjust to being single and how to be happy alone without a partner.
Dont do any eye tag, any secret texting, any contact at all. Doing this firstly shows how the break up truly mean broken up and done. Secondly it doesn't allow you to keep reminiscing about the past and thinking about when yall get back together, or about how much in love yall were, and all of that.
If you find someone else to fill the void than you can create new memories that truly matter, but dont settle for anyone to just fill the void, still be decisive and choose correct, just like how you would normally. If you find yourself than you can fill the void with things like hobbies, new friends, new games, new areas you went to, the list truly is endless. Doing this allows you to be happy with yourself, not happy with a connection/relationship, and heck when you start dating again think about all the new things you can tell that special someone.
Honestly thats it, if you keep forgetting about your ex and keep filling the void with something/someone else your fine, but you have to understand its done. Thats all, i hope this helped someone.

2. Remove her/him on all platforms and try to not even see her at all to your best abilities.
