I always want fast food. What should I do? And when I lose weight, I constantly feel ravenous. What should I do?

nicotine, drink more water, rice cakes, jerky, less sodium, high volume low cal foods. hunger only really starts when it physically hurts you. having an appetite isn't being hungry and i stand by that
never eat fast food again

WAIT UNTIL YOUR STOMACH GARGLES AND EAT SOMETHING HEALTHY AND THEN EAT AGAIN WHEN IT GARGLES

Just stuff yourself with fruit and healthier alternatives to fast food until you are able to decrease the amount you eat, as long as you feel full you won't get urges to eat fast food

You'll need to go cold turkey and reduce your goyslop intake by learning how to cook your own food. You can allow yourself one cheat meal once like every 2 weeks.

I'm thinking of eating 1,000 calories. I understand I'll lose muscle, but it's worth it.

I am motivated and will lose weight for the sake of beautiful girls so that they will give me what I want (I want to improve my health and look successful).
