Having a good cardio-vascular system so cardio, having an ideal blood flow to increase recovery speed (you can try fish oil, l-citrulline)

And also reducing intra-workout fatigue and soreness by adding a scoop of refined carbs like virago, maltodextrin, dextrose etc in your water to speed up recovery
