yo brosfamily can be the biggest blackpill. parents disappointed in your looks/status, siblings who mog you, constant nagging or comparisons that make you wanna rope. but rotting in resentment just keeps you subhuman. healthy family ties give you support halo, motivation boost, less isolation. heres how to fix it without being a bluepill normie

real steps no fairy tales:

  • communicate like an adult not a sulky teen. talk shit out calm no yelling. say "when you say x it makes me feel y" instead of attacking. listen first even if theyre wrong. most family beef is miscommunication cope
  • set boundaries without being a dick. if they roast your looks or push weird shit say "i get youre worried but that hurts lets drop it". enforce it walk away if needed. respect goes both ways
  • show up and contribute. help around house gym with them cook clean whatever. actions build respect more than words. if youre leeching theyll see you as low value
  • find common ground do stuff together. watch movies game workout eat meals no phones. small consistent time kills distance. force it at first it gets natural
  • work on yourself hard. glow up looks gym money mindset. when youre ascending family respects you more stops the disappointment roasts. blackpill truth: they treat winners better
  • forgive the past somewhat. holding grudges poisons you more than them. accept theyre flawed humans not chads. focus forward not old trauma
  • if its toxic af limit contact. gray rock move out when possible. some families stay mid no fixing that protect your mental
  • be grateful for the good shit. say thanks compliment genuinely. positivity loop makes them nicer back
