Learning to reduce your screen time. It's most people's #1 distraction, their #1 interest and it's the thing they end up looking at first thing in the morning. It's like with any other addiction mainly.

What do I do instead and dont say hobbies ugh
The first week would mainly just be about trying stuff until you get involved with something you enjoy.

I recommend reading and going to your local library though. Libraries actually do WAY more than just books and reading, they host a lot of local events and stuff. Mine does a D&D game every month for example.

What's also cool about libraries is they let you borrow equipment sometimes.
