How to improve my body proportions?

I’m extremely insecure of my body, I know my proportions aren’t ideal and I’m wondering if there’s any targeted exercises I could use to fix them? also, sorry because I know I just posted, but I’m curious :( i’m also wondering if there’s any surgeries I could do to fix these

You don't seem to be overweight so you should just stick to what women do to improve their appeal : lean bulk diet and then hitting the lower body at the gym.

Squats, hip-thrusts, split squats, glutes bridges, lunges, deadlift, abs workouts etc yk

your proportions are actually really great I'll just suggest working on your glutes

I’ll try all of these:) I don’t work out at all so it’ll be a new start I’m so excited

I’m not saying she’s unattractive, but I certainly don’t wanna look like this if I’m being entirely honest, though we do look similar 🥹

You basically have my dream body. Maybe just more protein, focusing on glutes in the gym and some light pilates. I recommend the Isla rune ones on yt. They're super simple and work if you're consistent.
 
you honestly look fine, not sure what you would gain through surgery? your curves are what men look for so if thats ur goal, you're good lol. you could work on your glutes though through strength training, luckily they're easy-ish to grow. get to the gym and do like squats and bulgarian split squats with dumbbells, those always get my glutes sore.

Truthfully for advanced things like this you need to work with a professional psyhio therapist otherwise you will end up talking 1 step forward 1 step back

Literally just put all focus in glutes and possibly in shoulders or something to give the illusion that you have slightly wider shoulders
