How to IQ and NT max?

Its hard to choose which ones cuz a lot of them are dated and all has been said or they're pretending to be deep but aren't, how do I find good ones?
The goal is to just get into the habit of reading, if you haven't already. Don't focus too much on deep thought provoking books and just something to enjoy. Sometimes starting with manga/comic books are a good start if you're not really into books.

I use GoodReads recommendation lists and groups. There's a group called 'Everyone has read this but me' and it's good if you're unsure about what classics to read. BookTok or BookTube are good ideas if you'd like to see what others have to say about books.

also pair that with Oceanofpdf, there are lots of useful books there, check them out.

Kind of sick of always being in stupid situations due to easily avoidable choices
Happens to me too. IMO you just gotta adapt to the situations. you will be put into a situation in life regardless of what you do. Learn to enjoy/not despise it.

for iq I used to be insanely dumb but I started learning math and reading books/newspapers and it made me much smarter (I go to a top 10 school worldwide for CS, I was on track to become a poor shoe salesperson like my family rip.)
for nt if ur a guy do nofap it helped me (relapsed recently jfl) and if ur introverted drink caffeine/other stimulants.
