First of all,dark under eyes and circles.

I’ve seen many with these,one of the reasons that make you look dead.
Use crushed coffee beans,the ones that you put to brew coffee.
Moisten them,put them on your under eyes.


Bloated?
It’s a easy fix,way simpler than you think.
Most girls that I’ve seen bloated barely drink water,it’s a bad habit.
Mostly girls on their period are bloated,drink 4-6L of water.
I’m a bit bloated but I guess that’s hormonal.


Acne?
Most importantly diet,I recommend eating more meat,it’s more nutrient dense than the shitty broccoli.
Use a topical anti biotic,benzoyl peroxide shall do the job.

It’s hard to keep good skin especially when progesterone levels increase,step your skincare up which I will do tomorrow.

Want a healthy glow?
Do healthy things,sleep more,eat healthy.
I know that many like to sleep late around 3 and 4 am,but you have to remember than all animals including our human species the homo sapien sleeps when the sun goes down and wake up when the sun goes up.
Vitamin D3,Vitamin B12,Zink,Iron.

I can say for sure.
I’ve been studying biology for long periods of time.
When your body has been eating like shit for a while,your appearance will go to shit.
A healthy digestive system will show on the skin.
A healthy body with tons of nutrients will provide a less “ghost” look.

well I drank 5L and I puked my brains out so idk
if 6L works then keep doing it ig
I feel like dying of thirst and get dry skin when I drink anything less than 5 liters... but I also eat a shit of food since I'm bulking + I have high metabolism (my maintenance calories are 2900kcals per day) so drinking less water than that wouldn't just ruin my skin but it would probably kill me thru some gut congestion or blockage.

I don't even piss that much cus I sweat a lot....
